Ordering for an event

If you have a fixed date, timing matters more than anything else on this page.

How long it takes

Fast tracked U.S. delivery: estimated 3–5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

That estimate does not include the time you will need at your end to sort, count, and bag pieces once they arrive.

Planning checklist

1. Count your recipients, then add a margin for late additions.
2. Choose a theme rather than individual designs — assortments are random.
3. Expect duplicates in any random assortment.
4. Allow bagging time. Pieces are not individually wrapped and arrive loose in factory packaging.
5. Order early. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and an event date does not move.

Large or unusual orders

If you need a quantity larger than the packs listed, or you need pieces by a specific date, contact us before ordering so we can tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
